Counselling Room

The counselling room is arranged in aspace conducive for the purpose. The service of a professional counsellor isavailable there on Thursdays. Students are allocated different slots for individual counselling which equip them to face challenges in their day-to -day life. It helps them in building up self-esteem, confidence, self- respect and understanding as well as realizing their strengths and weaknesses.

 Common Computer Facility

The Common Computer Facility Centre operates as a hub providing academic and professional requirements. The Centre offers a basic course in MS Office Management Coursefor all first year Under Graduate studentsand provides facilities like browsing, scanning, printing, photocopying etc. The Post Graduate students also can avail the opportunitythroughout the course of their study. Browsing facility is also available to them at a nominal charge.The students make use of the Computer Centre for submission of applications for higher education, career, scholarships etc.

 IQAC Room

The room for IQAC, the body which monitors the activities of the college in its pursuit of excellence, is located in the first floor of the RUSA building. It is a smart room with facilities such as wi-Fi connectivity, desktop computers, laptop, duplex printer, scanner, projectors, sufficient rack space, and uninterrupted electricity with photovoltaic system. The IQAC activities are initiated and assisted by teaching and non-teaching staff.

 UPSC/PSC Coaching Centre

One feature that makes the college unique isits UPSC/PSC Coaching Centre, which helps students to realize their dreams ofsecuring government jobs. Eminent resource persons from outside as well as the faculty ofthe college train the students. Students are given training in the differentaspects of competitive examinations including interviews.


College Chapel, located between the Heritage Block and the Badminton Court, offers a serene space for meditation and prayer. It is open for prayer and worship for all students, teachers and non-teaching staff. Morning worship is conducted every day at 9 am. Special services and programmes are conducted on special occasions like Commemoration Day, Christmas etc.
