The Post Graduate and Research Department of Physics, St. Thomas College, Kozhencherry, organised an LED Bulb Making Workshop on 14 November 2025 at 1.30 pm in the DC3 Physics Laboratory. The programme aimed to create awareness on energy conservation and promote hands-on technical skills among students. Participants were introduced to the basic principles of LED technology and guided through the practical steps involved in assembling LED bulbs. The workshop encouraged experiential learning and enhanced students’ understanding of energy-efficient lighting systems. The programme successfully combined theoretical knowledge with practical application, fostering sustainability awareness and technical competence among students.
