The Physics Department observed the National Space Day on 14th August 2025. The National Space Day is officially observed on August 23rd to commemorate the success of soft landing of Vikram lander of Chandrayaan 3 mission. In association with ISRO, the physics department celebrated the event by conducting a Quiz competition and a Drawing competition for the LP and UP students of St. Mary's G.H.S Kozhencherry. Around 45 students participated in the drawing competition and almost 8 teams in the quiz competition. The theme of drawing competition was 'India's Historic Space Odessey '. The students participated enthusiastically in the Quiz Competition too which was hosted by our DC2 Physics students. The winners of both the competitions were awarded with certificates issued by ISRO.
